Subscribers should submit their applications with the following data to the Society Office up to 31st January, 2019.
- Valid NTN Certificate
- Registered with Excise & Taxation Department
- Copy of CNIC
- Office Address with email address
- Security Fee (Non Refundable) of Rs.200,000/- through Pay Order in the name of CBRECHS
