Here are some of the questions asked frequently from our visitors and members with their reply/answers from CBR ECHS.

Reply: Sorry! New memberships are closed for Phase I. But you can still join us by purchasing membership/plot from open market.
Reply: Yes you can join us at Phase II. Presently only Prime Block is available for memberships. Prime Block consists of 5 marla (25x45) plots. You can view Payment Schedule on the CBR ECHS website. For further details you can visit in society office during office hours.
Reply: Those members who have cleared all outstanding dues - may please contact to our admin department/site engineer or to our society office to get their possession. Rest of the members need to clear their outstanding dues first.
Reply: First 5 Blocks, i.e. A to E are ready for possession. Rest of the Blocks are in under development stage. We shall giving possessions of that blocks at phase II once it will be ready. For further details please contact our society office in office hours.
Reply: For the purpose you need to submit your map and get it approved. Then you are allowed to start Construction. We do warmly welcome you.
Reply: Society will not provide Water tanker for construction purpose. Member should arrange himself water for construction. Water tanker only provided on member's request for household purpose.
