Mr. Ishtiaq Ahmed Jillani, Circle Registrar, Cooperative Societies Department, ICT, Islamabad issued the Notification of Selected Management Committee of Central Board of Revenue Employees Cooperative Housing Society (CBR ECHS) on 19-11-2024.

Election Schedule - (Modified)
As per Election Rules 2019 Rule 26(ii) the quorum of the election held on 03-11-2024, was 15% of total notified final voter list, however, the quorum could not meet hence the Election Commission is hereby notifying that as per Rule 26(iii) of Election Rule 2019 next subsequent date for re-polling will be on Sunday, 10-Nov-2024 at same venues.
Previously, Islamabad Cooperative Societies (ICT) Department Islamabad Announces Election Schedule. As per Schedule Announced, Election will be held on Sunday, 03-Nov-2024 at Football Ground, F-8 Markaz Islamabad & Income Tax Building, Kamal Atta Turk Road, Karachi.
Today, on 19-Oct-2024, Islamabad Cooperative Societies (ICT) Department Islamabad modify the Election Schedule.
Modified Schedule is as follows:-
- Selection for the following positions will be carried out.
President, Vice President, Secretary, Finance Secretary & 5 Executive Members. - Provisional Voter List will be displayed at Society Office during 12-Sep-2024 to 16-Sep-2024.
- Objection on Provisional Voter List will be submitted during 17-Sep-2024 to 19-Sep-2024. Hearing of Objections on 20-Sep-2024 and Final Voter List will be displayed on 24-Sep-2024.
- Gentlemen wishing to participate in the elections will get nomination forms from Circle Registrar Cooperative Societies, F-8 Markaz, Islamabad Office during 25-Sep-2024 to 27-Sep-2024 upto 04:00 PM.
- Election Program is as under:
- Date of Submission of Nomination Papers is 30-Sep-2024 to 02-Oct-2024.
- Audit of Nomination Papers will be executed in Election Commission Office/Circle Registrar Cooperative Societies, F-8 Markaz, Islamabad on 03-Oct-2024 to 10-Oct-2024. (as per Modified Schedule)
- Hearing, Appeals & Final Decision against the Rejection of Nomination Papers will be held during 19-Oct-2024 to 25-Oct-2024. (as per Modified Schedule)
- Last Date for Election Candidates to withdraw their Nomination is 28-Oct-2024. (as per Modified Schedule)
- The Final list of Candidates will be displayed on 01-Nov-2024. (as per Modified Schedule dated 02-11-2024)
- Election will be held on Saturday 03-Nov-2024. (as per Modified Schedule)
- As per Election Rules 2019 Rule 26(ii) the quorum of the election was 15% of total notified final voter list, however, the quorum could not meet hence the Election Commission is hereby notifying that as per Rule 26(iii) of Election Rule 2019 next subsequent date for re-polling will be on 10-11-2024 at same venues.
